Innovative Product Solutions offers all plastic backboards and head immobilizers designed for use in MCI trailers where long shelf life, super compact storage, resistance to rot and mildew, and performance under soaking wet conditions are important. Adult models store in 1 1/2 inches of height when flat, are light at 8 pounds, and have a 500 pound capacity. Pediatric models are 48 inches long, store in just 1/2 inch of height when flat, and have a 150 pound capacity. The head immobilizer is available separately and adheres to any backboard. It opens with no assembly or folding, and adjusts to fit all patients in fine 3/8 inch increments. The side clamp devices are deep and long to ensure full capture of all size patients.
